MapFoo is an online map generator developed by Klovera. It features simple creation, management and implementation of customized interactive maps for a variety of platforms and situations.
Designed for flexibility and ease of use, MapFoo makes it a cinch to create Store Location Maps, Interactive Directions, Website Visitor GeoLocation Maps and much much more! Once your maps are created publish them to a variety of platforms including websites, social networks, twitter and mobile devices.

- March 22, 2011 - Change Log started
- April 5, 2011 - Upgrades being tested in our development location. Including but not limited to:
- Better support & integration with the Google Maps v3 API.
- All page refreshes removed from public maps. All info passed with ajax via API and jQuery for efficiency, speed and usability.
- New Feature: Control Bar. This bar is currently located at the top of the map and displays buttons corresponding to the settings enabled for each individual map.
- Improved iPhone/Android support. Device detection and modified interface for.
- Several general design updates.
- New Feature: Dealer Locator Search. Search by user entered address and distance. Returns the marker locations within the search area and distance in miles.
- New Feature: Standard Search. Zooms into address entered.
- Updated Feature: Directions
- 'From Here', 'To Here' links added to Marker Infowindows. Clicking on these automatically fills the address/Lat/Lng into the directions input boxes.
- Better integration. Page no longer refreshes. Directions markers and lines added as on overlay that can be removed.
- More options: metric/imperial, directions for car|bicycle|walking
- Turn by Turn info now displayed in the sidebar. Clicking on these will zoom into the location.
- New Feature: Map Reset. Clears and sets back to initial load settings without refreshing the page.
Known Issues & To-Do
- There are currently some cross-browser display issues with some versions of Internet Explorer (primarily in the administrator).
- Further testing is needed with Android devices.
- Additional features to be added to map settings in administrator.
- General testing and code polishing.
* Beta Tester Accounts will eventually be converted to Starter Accounts which will remain free with some options disabled. When this happens you will have the option to upgrade your account for a fee or continue using your starter account for free.
